1] Writ Petition No.2128 of 2000 is already disposed of by this Court by order dated 14th March, 2018. The present Civil Application is filed to withdraw the amount deposited by the respondent-Corporation in this Court.

2] The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to allow the application for withdrawal of amount.

3] For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause-B. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
