The exigency is expressed by learned counsel for the applicants that amount is required for the wedding of applicant No.2 Sakshi Shridhar Mete. She was not permitted to receive any amount as she was minor. By previous order dated 11.12.2019, this Court permitted applicant Nos.1, 4 and 5 to receive the amount proportionately.

There is no reason to doubt the need expressed by the applicants. Applicant No.2 Sakshi was not disbursed any amount so far. She is entitled to receive the amount from the amount deposited in this Court.

Civil application is allowed partly permitting the applicant to receive aggregate as Rs.4,00,000/- on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
