The learned Advocate appearing for Applicants submits that by order dated 06.03.2025 passed by this Court Petitioner was permitted to serve Respondent by private mode. Accordingly, Respondent No. 2B(iv) who is residing in Singapore has been served by registered post. Report of service of consignment is placed on record. Therefor,e service is complete. He, therefore, seeks recalling of order.

Considering submissions advanced, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.

Needless to state here that Office shall verify validity of service of notice upon Respondent No. 2b(iv) i.e. Bani Kaur w/o Devmeet Singh Sachdev and make report to this Court.
