By this civil application the applicants/appellants seeks permission to withdraw the solvent sureties as mentioned in prayer clause 'B' in the civil application. The learned counsel for the respondents though have opposed this prayer, however, we find that

2 11.CA.5239.26.odt there would be no impediment in passing the order of permitting the applicants to withdraw the solvent sureties as mentioned in the prayer clause. In that view of the matter, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
