Applicants seeks to withdraw amount of Rs.3,22,55,342/- deposited by the respondent/acquiring body. 3.

The deposits are to the extent of 75%. The disbursement of 75% of the amount is solicited.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the applicants that enhancement is near about 20 times. Hence, only 75% of the amount is deposited with accrued interest. It would be unreasonable to disburse entire amount deposited in this Court.

Civil application is allowed partly permitting the claimants to receive 50% of the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking and further 25% on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.
