This is an application for condonation of 3928 days delay caused in filing the present Civil Application for restoration of Cross-Objection (ST)No.15014 of 2015 in FA/2365/2010 to its original stage.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that the delay caused in filing the present application is not deliberate and prays that Cross-Objection (ST)No.15014 of 2015 in FA/2365/2010 be restored to its original stage. 4.

Learned AGP for the respondents / State strongly opposed the application. He submitted that no sufficient reasons

(( 2 )) 45 CA NO. 5262 OF 2026 are given in the application to condone the delay and lastly prays to reject the application.

Perused the application. Considering the reasons stated therein, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. Hence, the application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. Hence, the following order:

::ORDER::

a.

The application is allowed.

b.

The delay of 3928 days caused in filing the Civil Application for restoration of Cross-Objection (ST) No.15014 of 2015 in FA/2365/2010 to its original stage is condoned.

c.

Cross-Objection (ST) No.15014 of 2015 in FA/2365/2010 is restored to its original position subject to removal of office objections on or before 19.06.2026.

d.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
