The present application is preferred in decided appeal. 3.

The appeal was settled before the Lok-Adalat on 11.12.2021. The amount could not be disbursed because claimant No.6 Shaikh Bashir Shaikh Gayas was died. Applicant Nos.1 to 5 are the heirs who are already on record. As per the settlement, amount with accrued interest shall be disbursed to applicant Nos.1 to 5 as per their entitlement. 4.
