Applicants seek withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent/acquiring body.

It is submitted that the enhancement is slightly above four times and entire amount is deposited.

Learned AGPs submit that only 50% amount at the most can be disbursed at this stage.

If the enhancement is slightly above four times, then, there is no difficulty in permitting the applicant to receive the amount on certain conditions.

Civil Applications are allowed partly.

7.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw 80% of the amount deposited with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

8.

Balance amount shall be invested in any nationalized bank.
