Applicants seek to withdraw amount of Rs.43,14,695/- deposited by the acquiring body.

Entire amount has not been deposited by the acquiring body and near about 50% amount is deposited. It is desirable to permit the applicant to receive the amount. 4.

Civil application is allowed partly by permitting the applicant to receive the amount with accrued interest on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
