The present Civil Application is filed for restoration of the Second Appeal, which came to be rejected for non-removal of office objections in compliance with the conditional order dated 25.03.2026 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. There is a delay of 21 days in filing the present application. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned, subject to the applicant depositing an amount of 1,500/- ₹ with the High Court Bar Association Library within a period of one week from today. Upon such deposit, the applicant shall remove the office objections within a period of six weeks thereafter. 4.

Upon compliance of the above condition, the Second Appeal shall stand restored to file.
