This is an Application by the Claimants for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body.

The learned Advocate for the Claimants and the learned Advocate for the Acquiring Body are present. They submit that the Appeal is already disposed of before the National Lok-Adalat on 22.04.2018. Some amount deposited during pendency of the Appeal was withdrawn by the Claimants. The remaining amount has been deposited by the Acquiring Body recently in this Court, and therefore, this Application.

After hearing both the sides and in view of the above undisputed aspect, the Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause - 'B'.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
