This Court by order dated 16.2.2026 has disposed of Writ Petition No. 2949/2019 with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal within four weeks against the impugned dismissal order of the petitioner before the appellate authority under Regulation No. 92 of MSEDCL Employees' Service Regulations, 2005.

The learned counsel for the respondent has objected for extension of four weeks time to file appeal.

For the reasons stated in para No. 5 of the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. Time to file appeal is extended by four weeks. The period of limitation to file appeal shall stand extended accordingly.
