This is an application for withdrawal of amount lying on the name of deceased applicant No.6 i.e. Asaram Mahadu Khaire, along with interest accrued thereon.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that Mr. Dhananjay Deshpande learned counsel for the Insurance Company has no objection for granting withdrawal.

In view of above, all the claimants are allowed to be withdrawn the amount lying on the name of deceased applicant No.6 Asaram Mahadu Khaire, along with accrued interest, if any, on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
