Learned counsel for the applicants submits that by above order, steps were required to be taken by the applicant and on failure to take steps, the matter was directed to be dismissed for want of prosecution. Learned counsel submits that he learnt that his client is shifted to Rajasthan. He wants to develop contact and therefore, seeks recalling of the order.
