1. There shall be a stay of the impugned Award dated 21.08.2025, passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Merces sitting at Ponda in Claim Petition No.17/2023, on depositing the entire award amount with interest within a period of four weeks.

2. Mr Milton Marshal, learned Advocate waives service for Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, Mr Tarun Rebello, learned Advocate waives service for Respondent Nos. 5 and 7.

3. Consequently, the execution proceedings No.32 of 2025 pending 16th April, 2026

CA 33 2026 before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, North Goa, sitting at Ponda, shall stand stayed on the deposit of the amount. It is clarified that until the deposit is made, the impugned Award shall be in operation.

4. The application stands disposed of.
