Heard Mr. Kazi, learned Counsel appearing for the applicant. 2.

By the present application, the appellant-wife seeks transfer of Regular Civil Suit No. 628 of 2025, pending on the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nashik, to the file of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Amalner, District Jalgaon, the matrimonial proceeding for dissolution of the marriage.

Issue notice to the non-applicant, returnable on 11.02.2026. 4.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer Clause (B).

The applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by regular mode as well as by the registered speed post service.
