Issue notice to the non-applicant made returnable on 27.01.2026. Hamdast granted.

In the meantime, the proceeding of Petition No.A-96/2025 pending on the file of learned Family Court, Parbhani and the proceeding of Civil M.A. No.209/2025 pending on the file of District Judge, Parbhani are hereby stayed till the next date.
