By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant is seeking transfer of Petition No. A20 of 2023, instituted by the non applicant under section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, from the file of learned Family Court, Thane to the learned Family Court, Dhule.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 02.02.2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay on the further proceeding of Petition No.A-20 of 2023 pending on the file of learned Family Court, Thane.
