Dated : 18th March, 2026 PER COURT :- 1.

The learned appearing for the applicant and learned counsel for the non applicant jointly submit that the parties are ready and willing to settle the matrimonial dispute through Mediator and there is possibility of settlement of the dispute between the parties, if they are referred to the mediator.

In view of the above, both parties shall appear before the Learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad on 26.03.2026. Thereafter, the learned Secretary shall refer the parties to the trained mediator and submit mediation report before the next date.

Stand over to 08.04.2026. Earlier interim order, if any, to continue till then.

Both the parties are permitted to appear before the learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee as well as the learned Mediator through Video Conferencing.
