By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant is seeking transfer of proceeding bearing Petition No. A-1964 of 2025 initiated by non applicant husband and pending on the file of learned Family Court, Pune to the court of learned Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad).

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 03.02.2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay on the further proceeding of Petition No. A-1964 of 2025 pending on the file of learned Family Court, Pune.
