Heard the learned Advocate for both parties and perused the record.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks the transfer of the divorce proceeding bearing Petition No. A-170/2025, pending before the Family Court, Dhule, to the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Nandurbar.

In response, learned Advocate for the Respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Respondent has no objection to the transfer of the proceeding from Dhule to Nandurbar. His statement is accepted.

In view of the statement, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. Accordingly, Petition No. A-170/2025, pending before the Family Court, Dhule, is hereby transferred to the Court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nandurbar/Family Court, Nandurbar.
