Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties at length.

By the present petition, the applicant is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 125 of 2025, from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambejogai, District Beed, to the file of learned Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). 3.

The non applicant appeared through the learned counsel and raised no objection. Since the non applicant has raised no objection, therefore, it would be just and proper to withdraw the Hindu Marriage Petition No. 125 of 2025, from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambejogai, District Beed, and it needs to be transferred to the file of learned Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad).

939mca11.26 Accordingly, I proceed to pass the following order :

ORDER

(i) The Misc. Civil Application is allowed.

(ii) The Hindu Marriage Petition No. 125 of 2025 is transferred from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambejogai, District Beed, and it is transferred to the file of learned Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, (Aurangabad), for proper adjudication.
