This is a motion for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 17th April, 2026.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that in the 3rd line of Paragraph No.7 of the said order, the name of the city 'Omerga' is mentioned instead of 'Pune'. He, therefore, urged the correction of the same. 3.

On perusal of the record, I found substance in his contention. Accordingly, the word 'Omerga' should be replaced by the word 'Pune'. The correction shall be carried out accordingly, and the corrected order will be uploaded.
