By the present application, the applicants are seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceeding bearing petition No. 292 of 2025 from the file of learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Ambejogai to the file of learned Family Court, Nanded.

Issue notice to the respondent/non-applicant, returnable on 11.02.2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay in terms of prayer Clause - (C).

The applicant is permitted to serve the non-applicant by regular mode as well as by registered speed post. 6.

The applicant shall deposit the required postal charges with
