Thane to the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhusawal, Dist. Jalgaon. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 27.02.2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the further proceedings in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 2168 of 2022 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan Dist. Thane.
