Heard Mr. Shaikh the learned counsel for the applicant, at length. 2.
Despite service, the non-applicant failed to appear in the matter. 3.
By the present application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, the applicant / wife is seeking transfer of H.M.P. No.2168/2022 under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, filed by the non-applicant seeking decree of divorce and pending on the file of learned C.J.S.D., Kalyan to the file of learned C.J.S.D., Bhusawal.

On perusal of the application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out substantial and bona fide grounds for transfer of H.M.P.
( 2 ) 916 mca 18.26 No.2168/2022 from the file of learned C.J.S.D., Kalyan to the file of learned C.J.S.D., Bhusawal.

In view of above discussion, the present application deserves to be allowed. Hence, I proceed to pass the following order:- ORDER:
(i) The Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed. (ii) H.M.P. No.2168/2022 is hereby withdrawn from the file of learned C.J.S.D., Kalyan and it is transferred to the file of learned C.J.S.D., Bhusawal. (iii) This order be communicated to both the Courts. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] mubashir
