By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 82 of 2025 from the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sillod, Dist. Aurangabad to the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kopargaon, District Ahmednagar. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 04.03.2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the further proceedings in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 82 of 2025 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sillod, Dist. Aurangabad.

In addition to the regular mode of service, the applicant is directed to serve the non applicant by Registered/Speed Post. The applicant shall tender an envelope duly affixed with the requisite postal stamps on or before 16.02.2026, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
