By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of Petition No. A656/2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Nashik to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 13.02.2026. 4.

In addition to regular mode, the applicant is permitted to serve the respondent privately, by any permissible mode. 5.
