In pursuance to the order dated 13/2/2026, this Court is in receipt of the mediation report. It is taken on record and marked Exhibit "X" Colly.

As per the mediation report, the applicant - wife and the non-applicant - husband entered into amicable settlement of the matrimonial dispute on the terms and conditions prescribed therein. Both the parties agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of the

settlement.

As per Condition No.7, the non-applicant - husband agreed to pay total amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand) towards permanent alimony to the applicant - wife by Demand Draft/ Cash on or before 5/4/2026. As per Condition No.9-A, both the parties agreed and decided that, they would not have any grievance against each other and both of them would cooperate to withdraw/ not press all the proceedings filed against each other as mentioned in the compromise deed. In pursuance of the said terms and conditions, today the learned counsel appearing for the non-applicant - husband has handed over Demand Draft bearing No.112891, dated 4/4/2026 for Rs.4,50,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Fifty Thousand) drawn on Bank of Baroda in favour of the applicant.

Since both the parties have arrived at amicable settlement as per the mediation report Exhibit "X" Colly, therefore, the cause of action does not survive. Hence, the application stands disposed of in terms of the compromise deed Exh. "X" Colly. (Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) fmp/-
