By the present applicant, filed under Section of 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of petition No. A-57 of 2025, from the file of learned Family Court, Nanded to the file of learned Family Court, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad).

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 12.03.2026. 4.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the further proceedings of the petition bearing No. A-57 of 2025, pending on the file of learned Family Court, Nanded.

The applicant is permitted to serve the non applicant by regular mode as well as by private mode.
