By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of HMP No. 485/2025 from the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khed, Dist. Pune to the court of Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Dhule.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 05.03.2026.

In the meantime, there shall be stay to the further

907mca26-26 proceedings in of HMP No. 485/2025 pending on the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Khed, Dist. Pune. 6.

In addition to the regular mode of service, the applicant is directed to serve the non applicant by Speed Post. The applicant shall tender an envelope duly affixed with the requisite postal stamps on or before 10.02.2026, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court.
