The learned counsel seeks leave to correct the prayer clause-C in respect of transferring the matter to the Court of learned District Judge, Ahilyanagar instead of C.J.S.D., Ahilyanagar. Leave granted. Necessary amendment be carried out forthwith.

By the present application under Section 24 of the C.P.C., the applicant is seeking transfer of Special Marriage Petition No.5/2024 from the file of learned District Judge, Niphad to the file of learned District Judge, Ahilyanagar.

Issue notice to the non-applicant made returnable on 25.02.2026. In the meantime, there shall be stay to the further proceeding of Special Marriage Petition No. 5/2024 pending on the file of learned District Judge, Niphad. The applicant is hereby directed to serve the non-applicant by regular mode as well as by registered speed post. The applicant to furnish the envelope with required postal charges on or before 07.02.2026, failing which the interim order shall stand vacated without reference to the Court. [Y.G.
