The order in relation to which the wilful disobedience is alleged has been passed by the Ad hoc District Judge. Since the order alleged to be breached is passed by a Subordinate Court, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the same Court for appropriate relief either under Order 39 Rule 2A or under the provisions of Order 39 Rule 11 of the CPC or under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act for ventilating his grievance of wilful disobedience of the order dated 22 February 2007.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in the present petition open to be agitated in appropriate proceedings to be initiated by the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
