P. C. :
1.
The Petitioners have filed this Contempt Petition, as the order dated 8th December 2020, to pay the wages at the minimum of the pay scale at the lowest grade, in the regular pay scale extended to the regular employees holding the same post with effect from the date of Petition, is not complied with. Though the funds are released to Zilla Parishad, Solapur, it is not disbursed. The minimum wages include dearness allowance since 2020. osk 1 of

The para Nos.1 & 2 of order dated 19th August 2024 read as under :- "1. The learned counsel for Respondent No.5 - Zilla Parishad has tendered an affidavit. The affidavit only refers to compliance of the order passed in contempt petition filed on 6 February 2023. However, the order dated 6 February 2023 granting time to Zilla Parishad was by way of indulgence and it related to arrears of the Petitioners. As regards the direction in the writ petition that Petitioners be paid wages at minimum pay scale at lowest grade still continues to bind the Respondent-Zilla Parishad. On this aspect the affidavit filed by Zilla Parishad is silent. 2.
We give one more opportunity to Respondent-Zilla Parishad to comply with the order dated 8 December 2020, Paragraph 6(a) thereof, failing which Court will proceed under the contempt jurisdiction."
3.
This Court has already directed the release of funds for compliance with the order dated 8th December 2020. As the said order has not been complied with, issue Contempt Notice to the Respondents, returnable on 6th April 2026.
4.
The Respondents are directed to remain present before this Court on the next date.
5.
Stand over to 6th April 2026.
