The learned counsel appearing for the non applicant made a statement that Mr. M. V. Narwade has instructions to appear on behalf of the non applicant and undertakes to file Vakalatnama and reply, if any, within a period of two weeks from today. She further disclosed that there is every possibility of settlement of the matrimonial dispute between the applicant and non applicant, if they are referred to the mediator.

In view of the above, both parties shall appear before the Learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee, High Court, Aurangabad on 04.04.2026. Thereafter, the learned Secretary shall refer the parties to the trained mediator and submit mediation report before the next date.

Stand over to 17.04.2026. Earlier interim order, if any, to continue till then.
