By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of matrimonial proceeding bearing Marriage Petition No.37 of 2025 from the file of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi Dist. Solapur to the court of learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Rahata, District Ahilyanagar. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 15.04.2026. 4.

In addition to regular mode, the appellant is permitted to serve the non applicant privately, by any permissible mode. 5.

In the meantime, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C).
