Mr. Lakhani, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have been served and he tenders affidavit of service.

None appears for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Even the Respondent No.1, who is Contemnor is not personally present. Accordingly, issue Bailable Warrant in the sum of Rs.50,000/- against the Respondent No.1, returnable on 11th March 2026.

Till next date, admission of the child in the Respondent No.2-Institution shall not be cancelled.
