By the present application under section 24 of the Civil Procedure Code, the applicant wife is seeking transfer of matrimonial proceeding bearing Petition No.A-132 of 2025 from the file of learned Family Court, Beed to the court of learned Family Court, Parbhani. 3.

Issue notice to the non applicant, returnable on 15.04.2026. 4.

In addition to regular mode, the appellant is permitted to serve the non applicant privately, by any permissible mode. 5.

In the meantime, there shall be ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C).
