The principal grievance raised by the petitioner is noncompliance of order dated 6 May 2025. In view of Judgment of the Supreme Court in the case Kanwar Singh Saini Vs. High Court of Delhi, (2012) 4 SCC 307.

The appropriate remedy available for the petitioner is to approach the same Court alleging the breach of it's order. If such application is filed, considering the urgency involved in the matter, the Family Court shall decide the application as expeditiously as possible within two weeks from the date of filing of such application.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
