Heard Mr. Hundia, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.2 and 5. 2.

Mr. Hundia, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, states that by an order dated 9th December 2025 passed in Appeal From Order No.773 of 2023, a learned Single Judge recorded an undertaking of the Respondents to the effect that the document by which third party rights were created by original Defendant Nos.1, 2, and 3 in favour of added Plaintiff So.4 would be cancelled. He submits that as the said order was not complied with, the present contempt petition was filed. However, he states that in the meanwhile, a Deed of Cancellation has been executed. 3.

Thus, as the order dated 9th December 2025 passed in Appeal From Order No.773 of 2023 by a learned Single Judge is complied with, SUB
