Mr. Mohammed Yasin, Director of Heart and Soul Entertainment Ltd. - Respondent No. 1 submits that, he is in search of new premises and would be shifting soon in the new premises. He seeks some reasonable time to vacate the suit premises.

He undertakes to remove all his furniture from the suit premises within two weeks and to give possession of the suit premises to the Petitioner. 3.

The undertaking given by Mr. Yasin on behalf of M/s. Heart and Soul Entertainment Ltd. is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court. Two weeks' time is granted to him to vacate the suit premises. Vivekanand
