The contempt petition has been filed alleging breach of the order dated 26/06/2025 passed by this Court. The said order reads thus :

"1. Our attention is invited to the order dated 23rd January 2025 passed by this Court. In pursuance to the said order, learned AGP has taken instructions and states that the Revision Application No.9654 of 2019 pending before the State Government will be decided within a period of six months from 30th June 2025. Statement is accepted.

2. The petitioner to produce the copy of this order on the record of State Government, i.e., revisional authority on 30th June 2025.

3. Keeping all contentions open, the petition is disposed of."

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the State Government has not decided the revision application as directed by this Court. Learned AGP for the respondent-State states that as many as on three occasions, the petitioner was served with notice, but the petitioner did not remain present. It is in such view of the matter, revision application could not be decided.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the petitioner will remain present before the Revisional Authority on 06/04/2026 at 3:00 pm. On that day, State Government to hear the petitioner. In any case, within the extended period of three months from 06/04/2026, the revision application be decided. In view of the extension granted, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.

If the petitioner does not remain present on 06/04/2026, the State Government may proceed to pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

The contempt petition is disposed of.
