1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. LATA SUNIL PANJWANI 2.

The order breached is dated 19th January 2026 passed by this Court whereby the representation preferred by the petitioner was to be decided within a period of four weeks. Learned AGP submitted that there is a delay in deciding the representation for which learned AGP submitted that there was no willful or deliberate intention to disobey the order passed by this Court but for properly considering the representation some more time was required.

We find the representation has been decided in terms of what was directed by this Court. In such view of the matter, we are not inclined to proceed any further in this petition. 4.

Since the representation has been decided, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the order passed on the representation before the appropriate forum by way of appropriate proceedings. If such a challenge is raised, the same shall obviously be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

Contempt Petition is disposed of.
