The present petition alleges wilful disobedience of clause (c) of the order dated 16 December 2025 passed in Writ Petition No. 13007 of 2025. It is the case of the petitioners that, despite the registration of the society being liable to suspension, the society has executed a conveyance, thereby resulting in breach of the said order.

On perusal of the order dated 16 December 2025, it is evident that no direction restraining the society from executing a conveyance has been passed. Merely because an act, which according to the petitioner may have been done without authority,

15-cp-217-2026.doc has been carried out by the contemnors, the same would not fall within the meaning of "wilful disobedience." In the absence of any specific prohibitory order, no case for contempt is made out. Hence, the petition stands dismissed.
