1) It is an admitted fact on record that, till date, the Order dated 24th January 2025 is not complied with by the Tahsildar and Executive Magistrate. 1.1) Evidently it is a breach of Order dated 24th January 2025. 2) In view thereof, issue notice to Respondent No.3 under Chapter XXXIV Rule 9(1) of the Bombay High Court, Appellate Side Rules, 1960, also called the Contempt of Courts (Bombay High Court) Rules, 1994, returnable on 17th June 2026.
