This Contempt Petition is filed in view of non-compliance of the Consent Terms which were accepted by this Court by order dated 20th February, 2024.

This Court has not recorded that the undertakings in the Consent Term are accepted as undertakings to the Court. The Petitioner has the liberty to execute the order passed by this Court in the Second Appeal by taking out appropriate proceedings. 4.

The Contempt Petition stands disposed.
