1) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. It is the contention of the Respondent that arrears of monthly compensation in respect of the period from June 2025 up to February 2026 are required to be deposited in the City Civil Court. Registry of the City Civil Court to accept deposit of amount of monthly compensation from the Respondents.

2) Though, it is sought to be contended by the Petitioner that Respondents are obstructing occupation of Flat No. 101, the learned counsel for Respondents, on instructions, makes a statement that Page No.

Renuka 4-CP-259-2026 Respondents have never obstructed nor propose to obstruct occupation of Flat No. 101 by the Petitioner.

3) My attention is invited to the letter issued by the society on 27 April 2026 calling upon the Petitioner to submit the flat Agreement for the purpose of grant of NOC for renovation work in the flat. Since there are disputes between the parties as of now, flat Agreement is not executed with the Developer. In that view the matter, society cannot insist on submission of copy of flat Agreement for permitting Petitioner to carry out renovation work. In view of the observations made above, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the Contempt Petition. The same is accordingly disposed of.

4) All contentions of parties about correctness of amounts deposited are expressly kept open.
