According to the petitioner, this Court, by order dated 25 September 2025, set aside the order dated 15 May 2025 and the registration dated 26 August 2024, and remanded the proceedings to the Competent Authority.

It is the grievance of the petitioner that, upon remand, the Authority under the Act has once again passed an order resulting in similar consequences. Even assuming that the order passed by the Competent Authority after remand is unsustainable in law, the same would not, by itself, amount to wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court.

In that view of the matter, the present contempt petition cannot be entertained.

The contempt petition stands dismissed.
