DATED : APRIL 29, 2026 P.C.:
1.
On perusal of the order dated 04 February 2026, considering the recital made in the petition that despite nonpayment of the bills, some bills are issued by the society, in my opinion it does not constitute willful disobedience of the order; however, it may constitute illegality and it is open to challenge the wrong issuance of the bill.
10 & 11-CP-268-26+.doc 2.
The contempt petitions stand disposed of.
3.
In the case, the contentions raised are that despite issuance of the bill, this may amount to illegality but would not amount to disobedience of the order.
4.
Hence, the contempt petitions stand disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
