This Contempt Petition is pertaining to the order dated 30th March 2023 passed by the Division Bench of this Court by which the Petitioner was directed to be considered as permanent from 31st March 1997 and the pensionable benefits were to be granted to him considering his services with effect from 31st March 1997, as expeditiously as possible. 2.

The grievance made by the Contempt Petitioner is that the said order has not been complied with.

Mr. Kakade, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the Respondent - State on instructions of Ms. Charushila Deshmukh, Deputy Collector and Ms. Archana Phadnis, Nayab Tahsildar has stated that the aforementioned directions in the said order dated 30th March 2023 passed by this Court shall be complied with within a period of one month i.e. on or before 7 th July 2026.

The statement is accepted.

The contempt Petition is disposed of in view of the above statement. 6.

The matter shall be placed on 9th July 2026 under the caption "For Compliance".
